You cannot use Office 2003 on ME. You will need to find someone to sell you a
copy of Office XP which is still available eg

Also, PowerPoint cannot be downloaded. You will need to buy it. If you just
want to view a PowerPoint presentation, then you can download the free
PowerPoint Viewer from Microsoft site.
