The Control Panel of Windows Vista Home Premium has no menu for "Add/Remove
Programs". Is there another menu for uninstalling programs?

Yes but you will have to ask on a more appropriate newsgroup in order to
be indoctrinated to the appropriate levels of sorcery. This one
specifically focuses on an application called Project.

Hello Frans,

As Dave pointed out, this newsgroup is specifically for Microsoft
Project -- a project management scheduling program. The URL below is to
the listing of the Windows Vista newsgroups. I suggest re-posting your
question to one of those newsgroups -- perhaps "Windows Vista
Performance and Maintenance."

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
