Windows XP and Outlook (Office XP)

I have Windows XP professional and bought the new Office
XP. I istalled it and when starting the Outlook I keep
receiving this message: There is no profile created.To
create a new profile go to "Mail accounts" from the
control panel. I have tried to create a new profile but
still I cannot start OUTLOOK.
Any ideas?
