Windows XP SP2 Problem in Outlook 2002

In Outlook 2002, when I send email using stationary, the stationary does
not 'send' with the email. There is also a problem receiving pictures.
How do I go about fixing these problems?

If you send to yourself do you get the stationary?

I too have this problem. Even if I send a message to myself the stationary
comes as an attachment only. Please, if anyone can help rid me of this
frustration I would be eternaly greatful!!!
