WindowsXP How do I change printer to be the default printer

One of my users default printer is set up as the fax as opposed to the
default printer. How do I change this? It is this way for Office Outlook and
all of her other programs that use a printer. All other users the printer
defaults to the printer that is selected as the default in the printer/fax
section of control panel.

The default printer selection is accomplished in Windows { }, Control Panel,
Printers.
