Winword invalid page fault

Every time a type and save a document and close word the
message of an illegal operation appears. Under the detail
message the following is written:
Winword caused an invalid page fault in module USER32.DLL
at 0167:bff 558c6.
I have called DELL Support and asked about everyone I know
and nobody seems to know how to solve this problem. I
also have uninstalled and reinstalled word and nothing
seems to help. Please if anyone can help I would
appreciate it.

Hi Brigitte,

What version of Word are you using? Did Word come installed as part of
Works Suite?
