Whenever I attempt to use the SEND TO Mail Recipient on the right click
menu, i.e., to send a file or send an url from I.E. Tools, Mail and News I
get an error report pop-up referenced to Outlook 2000 and the mail message
for outlook 2000 wont open. I have all Office updates up to date. It works
only if Outlook 2000 is already running.
