won't redirect HTML links

Hello

For some reason, I am no longer able to double-click on an
html link in an html message. Well, I can double-click on
it, but nothing happens. I did some investigating
in /Explorer/Folder_Options and discovered that the
iexplore.exe file was missing in
my /Program_Files/Internet_Explorer directory, but
replacing it hasn't seemed to help.

There's nothing about this in any of the normal support
items (that I could find at any rate).
