Word 2000 Dictionary

Hi,

I work under Windows XP and use Office 2000.
The problem is with the Language Tools in Word Document: when I log in as
Administrator, everything works fine. When I log in as User, the Dictionary
is not operational.
All the other are, i.e. Thesaurus, Spelling, etc.
Any recommendations ?

Thanks

If spelling is working, what do you mean by "the Dictionary"? And please be
more specific by what you mean with "not operational". Are you getting error
messages, for example?

My best guess is that you're referring to a custom dictionary (custom.dic).
Generally, since Word 2000, these are user-specific and saved in the user's
profile (under Documents and Settings). If you want everyone to share the same
custom.dic, then you need to "point" each user to that shared file:
Tools/Options/Spelling and Grammar/Custom Dictionaries.
