Hi,

When I try to use the mailing label facility in MS Word I encounter
the
following problem. I usually only need to create on label at any
given
time so I choose the option to print a single label but what ever
label
I choose for it to print onto (e.g. the 3rd label down in the 2nd
column) it always prints to the top left hand label.

I found the following helpful post from 2000 and this work around does
work for me but I was wondering if there was a hotfix for this so I
wouldn't have to use this round about method. I do have office sp3
installed.

Open a new Word session. Click "Envelopes&Labels" (from TOOLS). If
you already have picked the label (let's say Avery 5366), click "NEW
DOCUMENTS". If not, click "OPTIONS" to choose one, then OK, and then
click "NEW DOCUMENTS" on the dialog box for the Envelopes&Labels".
Word
opens that specific label layout. Click on the ROW & COLUMN you want
to
write on and type your text.
