I have a fully licensed copy of Word 2002, for various reasons I now need to
re-install on a new PC, it won't; I have to phone MS to get an activation
code.
As a DEAF person just how the F**K am I supposed to phone customer support?
As there are now laws in the UK regarding accessibility of services (and
before I register a formal complaint with the Disability Rights Commission)
would someone care to explain what accessible software activation services
MS now have available in the UK.
