word 2002 crashes when opeing document 0x00010f2

everytime we open this doc on a pc with word 2002 it hangs, other pcs open
it fine.
The file has a table in it probably pasted from excel. resaving the file on
working pc's doesn't help.

any suggestions?

I receive the same error listed in John's message, when opening with word
2002, however I can open the very same document in word 2003 with no error.

Any other suggestions?
