Word 2003 accessing Internet at Startup.

How do you stop Word 2003 from trying to access the internet on startup?

I've already disabled tools/options/general/services/online content. I also
tried disabling the workshare stuff from the same screen but still trying to
access the Internet. I also check file locations and nothing there that
points to the Internet.
