It sounds like you have an invalid template in your Startup folder. Is
it possible the path is actually:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\Startup\Sigbox01.dot
If that's the case then just move the file from the Startup folder to
prevent Word from attempting to load it when it starts.
If the path really is: \Microsoft Office\Office11 then in Word you
need to go to Tools/Options/File Locations and set the Word Startup
location to a different folder. If you want to use the default then
use:
C:\Documents and Settings\<UserName>\Application
Data\Microsoft\Word\STARTUP
