Word 2003- of my Web Tools are not working, Movie,Sound and Scrol.

How do I fix it, I tried reinstalling Microsoft Office and still not working.
When I tried to open the Sound, it gives me a message that the
HTMLInlineSound.Cl cannot open, please verify if it was moved or renamed,
same as the Scrolling Text, its looking for MARQUEE also. Not sure about the
Movie... but all are not working.

This is a bug caused (I believe) by installing Windows XP SP2. MS is aware
of the issue and is working on it.

is there anyway to remove SP2 or do i just reload windows and refuse to get
that upsate?
