Word 2003: Problem with a custom commandbar and 2 Word windows

Hi,

I have a problem that occurs when I have two (or more) Word windows and one
instance. I have a button that adds a new commandbar with buttons.

If I add the commandbar when the active document is the first one, the
commabar is added as expected and I see it on all Word windows.
However, if I add the commandbar when the active document is NOT the first
window, the commandbar is added ONLY in this window.

Am I doing something wrong? It a bug?
