Word 2003: strange arrows instead bullet points

Hi

I've been using Word 2003 for over a year and am fairly happy with it.

I have started playing around with Powerpoint also, and now, if I open Word
2003 documents, what used to be round bulet points is replaced by arrows
poiting upwards - not visually very stunning - and copyright symbols are
replaced by a bold arrow pointing upwards also.

How do I get Word 2003 to assign the fonts properly?

Going to FORMAT - Bullets and Numbering should give you the option to change
the way bullets look..

Re. the fonts problem, it could be that you are using a font that does not
contain a full character set.. open 'Character Map' and look to see if the ©
symbol is available..
