Word 2004 and Endnote

I recently updated my office version to Office 2004. When I was
working with Word from Office X, I could easily insert references from
Endnote X.0.2 since there was an "endnote" option in the Word
program. Unfortunately, there is no such thing on the Word 2004
version I have now... do I need to reinstall Endnote? can I add the
endnote option in Word 2004? thank you very much!!!

I see that you have now found out that it didn't work because the Office
2004 plug-in needed to be installed, but for your information, you can
also insert references through a simple copy and past between the
applications (copy one or more references in EndNote and paste them
where they need to go in Word).
