Word 2007 keeps popping up document recovery for Nomral.dotm

Hello,

Note- We are using Office 2007 in terminal server environment
Windows Server 2003 R2 Enterprise Edition

This is our issue- Every other time I open Word 2007 It brings up on
left hand side the document recovery for Normal.dotm and (1) random
document I opened as attachement from Outlook. I have tried already
removing all normal.dotm fiels, re-named reg keys as in data files, did
search for normal.dotm in reg still nothing. Also note- I hvae
reinstalled word from control panel, safe mode and from setup.exe
itself.. any other ideas ?? Please help!
