Word Art

I had Publisher 2000 installed and was able to create and
modify word art, but now that I've updraded to Office
2003 I can no longer create or modify wordart. I get the
error "Publisher cannot launch or communicate with the
OLE server program needed to complete this task" And
I've since lost my cd's for Publisher 2000 to re-install
it. Can anyone offer some suggestions?
