word attachments on email`

HELP!!!

I just discovered that most of my Word attachments on my
Outlook Express emails are getting weeded out.

As in, NOT GETTING TO THEIR INTENDED DESTINATION!

CAN SOMEONE HELP ME WITH THIS???
