Word background and webpages

with Word 2003, how do I make the background display as a webpage on the
internet? That is, how do I make the background show after uploading the .HTM
file to the webpage server?

RayRooby, you have to follow the following protocol:

1) create using Word
2) save as 'Webpage, HTML only'
3) open webpage
4) save as 'Webpage, complete'
5) upload new webpage
6) upload old webpage's folder with its files with the same names (e.g
oldwepage_files)

especially important to follow to retain backgrounds AND TOCs together
