I found the answer in here once but cannot locate it again. I've seen this
question asked repeatedly but with no answer, so I'm trying again.
When closing a word document (using the small x or file, close) my whole
word program closes.
I think someone suggested deleting the normal.dot file?
I am using windows xp and word 2003.
