One word of warning: This counts all words in placeholders, autoshapes, and
text boxes IF they are on an actual slide. It doesn't count words on master
slides or words included in graphs. (Don't know what else it excludes, but
these are the two that always affect my word count.)

I believe life is meant to be lived. But:
if we live without making a difference, it makes no difference that we lived

have 45 slides of ppt and I need to count the
number of words (which were typed using text box) in that file. The PPT
version is 2002 and I use XP professional.
