I have come across a number of IBM netvista machine that
randomly crash when working in word, they are all XP
professional with offcie 2000 professional, all fully
serviced packed and updated, the error log is as follows

no user intervention required !!!
the machines are brand new, and log on to a sbs 2000
domain controller, have never actually seen the problem
myself as they always work fine when I am their but the
error log says other wise any help would be much
