Word doc wont go

Hi

I have a small problem with word. For some reason when ever I open word it keeps starting with a specific document I created about a month ago. I want word to just display a blank document. I have looked for some tick boxes in tools/options and tried the help menu but cannot find an answer. Does anyone know how to stop this?

any suggestions would be appreciated
