I am assisting a customer using Word XP on Windows XP.
When he inserts a hyperlink into a word document, word
creates a hyperlink to a file located on a mapped drive.
This behavior seems to be erratic, he can insert the email
hyperlinks fine for a few lines and then hyperlinks get
diverted to a file on a mapped drive. It appears that auto
correct is having something to do with this but I have
been unable to disable the feature. Anyone have any
suggestions what may cause this?
TIA
