word error

i just updated office 2000 premium .
now word has a error bit exell works fine.
thei is the error message>
AppName: winword.exe AppVer: 9.0.0.8930 ModName: vbe6.dll
ModVer: 6.0.89.67 Offset: 000ebeb3
any help pls?

This is caused by a conflict with an add-in, such as WinFax or Adobe,
and Norton AV.

The best resolution is to go to Norton Options and in the
Miscellaneous section turn off "Enable Office Plug-in".
