Hello everyone,

I have a question that maybe someone can help me with. I have a form that
is already create and it is used for "handovers". I need the format and
everything about the form to be set solid. By this I mean I done want anyone
to be able to change fonts, spacing, table layout, formatting, etc - all I
want is that people can fill in this form from a file on a PC and then print
it when complete.

I guess I am asking firstly is it possible and secondly how long and
difficult a process is it ??

This is a large part of what creating forms is all about. It's covered in
detail in Help. The short answer is, create the form as a template, display
the Forms toolbar, add the fields you want, then protect the document (the
padlock icon on the forms toolbar), and save. Documents created from the
template will permit editing only within the designated fields.
