Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
When I try to open the drawing toolbar in Microsoft Word, the entire program freezes. I tried to wait out the spinwheel but it doesn't work. I read bulletins on here about steps to take but I am not sure I am doing them right. If someone could direct me step by step on how to resolve this problem I would really appreciate it. Thanks!
