Word hangs if I klick on "save as" and try to save on a network drive

Hello all

If I try to save a document with the "save as" option and change the folder,
my Word hangs for a half a minute for each folder change. Does anybody has
an idea, where the problem is?

All other applications don't have any networkproblems.

System:
WinXP clients with SP1 and all security patches
Office 2003 with SP1
Win2003 fileserver with SP1
1 Gbps Networkconnection

Right-click on the My Computer icon on the Windows desktop,
left-click on Disconnect Network Drive, and disconnect any mapped
drives that are not currently available.
