Word has disappeared from the program list of other users

John B'dale

I have loaded Microsoft Office student and teacher edition on my PC. I was
able to make a desktop Icon on the my user profile. When I attempted to do so
on the other user profiles WORD disappeared from the Office program list and
there is no Icon. I can only get to WORD in these other profiles by finding a
WORD document, opening it, closing it, and then starting a new document. How
do I get WORD back in these other profiles?

Hi, John. Just look for the file winword.exe. When you find it, right-click
and choose Send to Desktop (create shortcut), or choose Create Shortcut and
drag the new shortcut to the desired location and rename it to the desired
name.
