Hi I can insert hyperlinks and have all working well on a
microsoft peer to peer network but if I create a hyperlink
from a word document from a (Novell)network drive to a
network drive the hyperlink is created like
this ../../../../CHM/Das/Inorgani/RAWDATA/SOIL/2003/ICP
data/E271103.xls.
If I create the same hyperlink from a document on my c:
drive to a network drive the hyperlink is created like
this G:\CHM\Das\Inorgani\RAWDATA\SOIL\2003\ICP
data\E271103.xls.
The first hyperlink doesn't work but the second one does.
Is there a way that XP can be made to put the hyperlink in
as G:\CHM\Das\Inorgani\RAWDATA\SOIL\2003\ICP
data\E271103.xls. when both files reside on the network????
