Hi— I made a complicated flyer which took a long
time.
(Picture It! Photo 2002, saved it in .PNG.) I downloaded Kinkos
software and began to "send" my "project". It "opened" in MSN Word
and
morphed into 333pages of gobbelygook jibberish! It's gone! Spoke
with
Kinkos 800# TechHelp— she said they accept .PNG format, but
thought it
was a MSN problem. Went back to My Pictures and tried to open the
file.
A dialog box says "This file is in use by another program" I've
tried "Save As" "Export"— about 6 hours of searching the web and
noodling with other programs etc. I tried to send it to Kinkos
(filled
out their e-form) and the cost est. is $296.00 ! (Would have been
@$27.00 for 26 laser color copies-1 page) I know it is "encoded" in
some way, but is the real file really gone? If anyone has a clue, or
could help, I would be ever grateful. Thanks, and next time I'll
just
drive to Kinkos.
