I have windows XP and am trying to send pictures of reduced size to Windows
Outlok in order to email them to others. I have just inserted a new shortcut
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\OUTLOOK.EXE" c imp.note in the
Send To folder because the MAPImail mail recipient file in the Send To
folder caused a plain text message to open in Microsoft Outlook. This new
shortcut worked but I am no longer offered the Make Pictures Smaller facility
(which is available with the MAPIMail file) and also my new shortcut puts the
picture file in the body of the email and not as an attachment (using
MAPIMail it puts picture in the email message as an attachment). I would be
very grateful for help in getting my new shotcut to let me Make Pictures
Smaller.
