Word library distibution

Hello

Can we distribute microsoft word object library and use it with our visual basic compile
applications on workstaions which do not have microsoft office installations

It dead simple - you can't . The licence you accept when you install Microsoft
Office explicitly prohibits the redistribution of it or any of its components.

Probably both copyright and license violations. Consider trying to get
specific permission from Microsoft. If you have enough volume you might be
able to arrange for something less than full price for the licensing.
