Word opens maximized all the time. I cannot restore down to a Win.

Word opens maximized all the time. I cannot restore down to a Windowed
application. All I can do is get a button on the task bar.

The 'window' may be off screen. Try right clicking an unused area of the
Windows task bar and select cascade windows. This should bring it back (if
that is the problem).
