Word Printing Screen Captures Problem

When printing a screen capture image in word, the image prints lighter than
what it is displayed in print preview. I have to change the contrast and
brightness to get it to print right. There was never a problem when the
systems had Office XP/2002, but I upgraded the systems to Office 2003. Is
there any settings that need to be changed in Word? I tried to print to 4
different printers and all print the same. I also tried it on different
computers with Office 2003 and the result was the same.

Have you checked your printer settings to see the options it has for
printing images in Word or other programs? Check to see if it has an option
to increase the quality for print and to make it the default.
