I work for law office.We are trying to convert all templates from Word
Perfect to Word. We are so accustomed to "Build Prompts" option and all
benefits that it brings when somebody faces document "mass production". Is
there any way to use Word for mass production of documents? Is there any way
to make Word open every file based on the template with a small questionnaire
where users could fill in/answer the questions and then Word inserts the
answers given to the pre-determined places in the text?
Eg. Enter name of the defendant in the questionnaire, and MS Word enters the
defendant's name in all places determined in the text.

You may create a UserForm and open it from one of AutoExec macros or startup
document events (New or Open).
Then fill in the defined bookmarks with values from text boxes. Uncomment
Document_New macro and save the doc as a template
and it will run every time you create a new doc based on this template.
