word: removing multiple frames at once

How do I remove more than one frame/text box at once? I do not want to
delete the text inside them.

If they're frames, you can probably remove them by selecting them all and
pressing Ctrl+Q (since the frame is rarely part of the paragraph style). But
note that the resulting text may be in higgledy-piggledy order, since it
will be in the order of the paragraphs the frames are anchored to. If
they're text boxes, you can convert them to frames and then proceed as
above. Otherwise you'll have to copy the text in the text box and paste it
elsewhere, then delete the text box.
