Word Table

When I work with tables that are over ten pages, the entire program slows
almost to a halt. I have plenty of memory, but when I cut and paste, type,
add rows, etc., the program is almost unusable. Please help!!

Word doesn't care for long tables, especially long single-row tables.
Working in Normal view will help, but, even if you can't split the table
permanently, it will help to split off the part you're working on while
you're working on it.
