My tool bar for word will not work. The only scroll down that works is the "fonts" scroll down. All the others I click on do not respond, so I have to use a customized tool bar (which doesn't save for some reason). How do I reset the toolbar to the original format? I tried to reset it but it doesn't save. This just happened spontaneously. PLEASE, ANYONE, help
I have an iMac, which runs on OSX, but I also have the OS 9 installed for files I take home from work. I tried other applications in Microsoft Office, and none of their toolbars are affected. Anyone experience this
