Word Wrap in Outlook 2003 Calendar

Is there any way to force the word wrap feature in the
Outlook Calendar so that you can view entire assignments
when you print a monthly calendar?

I have found an article for Outlook 2000 that references this issue. I am not sure which version you
have...if this is incorrect for you, please respond with the version of Outlook you are currenlty using.

SYMPTOMS
========
When you view or print Microsoft Outlook calendar information in a Daily,
Weekly, or Monthly style, the subject text for All Day Events does not wrap
within each day. If the text exceeds one line the text is truncated, even
if there is more than one line available in the schedule block. All other
non-All Day Event appointments and meeting requests wrap as expected, as
long as there are sufficient lines available in the schedule block.

RESOLUTION
==========
To force the text to wrap when you print, open the item and clear the All
Day Event check box on the appointment.

-or-

To maximize the space for printing the subject in Daily and Weekly styles,
click Page Setup in the Print dialog box, and click to clear the options to
include TaskPad and Notes area in the printout.

To maximize the space for printing the subject in the Monthly style, set
the option to Compress Weekend Days. This will compress Saturday and Sunday
to one column, allowing the other columns to be little wider and allow more
room for text.

To Compress Weekend Days, follow these steps:

1. On the View Menu, point to Current View, and then click Customize
Current View.

2. On the View Summary dialog box, click Other Settings.

3. In the Month section, click to select Compress Weekend Days, and
then click OK twice.

William,
I am using Outlook 2003. I have tried everything except
checking the All Day Event, but I know that there are days
when I have multiple items that require wrapping so I
would assume that I cannot make all of them All Day Events.
Thanks.
