word wrap?

I'm using Outlook Express 6 on WinXP.

How do I format my mail receipts to not string a line
forever? I wish for the line to break for normal reading
on 8.5 x 11 paper. My printer is set to portrait but
printing the message I lose all but about 70 or so
characters.

Can someone advise me please?
