Swiper

i have created a 4 page booklet in publisher and when i print it it prints on
2 sheets of paper rather than 2 sided. it is in landscape mode with 8.5 x 11
paper.

when i switch to portrait it works. i get a pop up from my printer to put
the paper back in and it prints the other side. although is the wrong print
style, it still promps me to reload the paper.

any help is appreciated. thanks

What version Publisher?
I am going to assume 2007.
File, Page setup, click the advanced button on the right.

On the Layout type drop down, select booklet. Okay out, okay again, Publisher
will ask about 4 pages, click yes.

When you are ready to print, the print page should be correct? Have you gone
through the printer wizard? On the print page, Printer Details, Advanced printer
setup, Printer setup wizard tab. This will setup two sided prints.

This should work for you.

Swiper, The booklet setup is so straightforward in 2003. When you are ready to
print, go to view, uncheck *two page spread*. Go to File, Print, check current
page, Publisher will query, click *no*. Turn the page over, File, Print, current
page, no again. This method works whether you have 4 pages or more.

it on 2 pieces of paper. im sure i have alkl the settings right. it does the

i dont think its that, my work computer does the same thing (different printer)

it has to be a setting in publisher.

Swiper, I don't think it has anything to do with Publisher, it is the way you
are setting up your document. Can you send me your file?

I was getting the same problem Swiper was receiving when I opened his file. The
solution, at least for me, was to change the page setup to Letter from Custom.
