WordArt no color

Fabien

Hello,

IF I try to insert a WordArt in a word document, whaterver
style I choose, it appears in Black and White. If I try to
change the colors in the properties dialogbox, no change.

I'm working with Win XP Pro and Office 2K.

Thanks for your help,
Fabien.

have you checked to be sure you have current graphics card and print
drivers?

do you have a color printer selected as your default (or selected) printer?

do you have B&W or Grayscale selected in Print Properties (setup)?

just a few thoughts...

thanks Kate,

For me everything about my graphics card and print drivers
are correct cause in all other software (Excel, ppt, ...)
when äI'm using color it works properly.

Yes, the default and only printer is a deskjet color one.

No, no B&W or Grayscale selected ....

I have found another person who has the same problem and
already post a post in this forum and had not found a
solution ....

Thanks again for your help,
Fabien

Hi Fabien,

What is the build number for Word in Help=>About?

What is the graphic card make/type you are using?

Does this happen in a new Word document as well as an
existing one?

Was there an earlier version of Word or Publisher on this
PC?

If you use the Drawing Toolbar, WordArt icon is the first
display you get when inserting a Wordart choice the
'WordArt Gallery' with 30 choices on it?
