I've noticed this for years and Googled without success. Sometimes when I open a multi-page document in Wordpad and click Format
after highlighting the whole page I have the option of controlling the color. But other times its not there. If I highlight a
small area (a few lines) its always there. Anybody know how to be able to format the entire document consistently? Also, is there
any way of changing the background in Wordpad? Any add-on or plug-in possible? I like the speed of Wordpad and need a word
processor that can open on public computers. MS Word is too slow for my needs right now or my computer is too slow...
