Word's handling of web sites

S

Steve Koenig

I was adding my e-mail address to my business cards in Word and when
Word recognized it as an e-mail address it changed colors and
self-underlined. I just wanted it to print like normal text.
How do I change how Word treats e-mail addresses?
Thank you,
Steve Koenig

Steve,

To fix this instance, select your email address and press CTRL+Shift+F9

To stop the behaviour, Tools>AutoCorrect
Options>AutoCorrectAsYouType>Replace as you type and uncheck Internet and
network paths with hyperlinks.
