working with frames and links

Justin

hi i have just recently created my first site
www.waukesha-bmx.tk with front page, every thing i've
done using the program has been easy to learn quickly,
and up till now i have figured out everything on my own.
But... on my main page i have links above my main frame
but i want then off to the side like most sites do. But
every time i try to put links over to the side it just
moves everything all over the place and i can't figure it
all out. If neone knows how i can go about putting links
off to the side i would greatly appriaciate your help.

Build your pages in tables (instead of absolute positioning)
