Wrapping text in a cell

I have a table on my home page. 3 colums 2 rows. I want the cell (3rd colum, 2nd row) to wrap text. I know excel is differant but my example If you right click a cell theres a option for text wrap. I see no wrap in the properties for front page I have searched around on this question and answer site, but nothing is working to make the text wrap
What happens is the cell get bigger. I want the text to wrap and if the text exceeds the hieght then a scoll bar is displayed
I notice this message box Im typing in here does what I want my cell to do

The default for cells is to wrap (unless you set cell properties to no wrap)
But table sizes are minimums, and will stretch to fit content if it is not wrappable in the cell (texttoolongwithoutaspace), or if
the other cells in a row do not contain enough content for the table size (are say empty)
